Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Analysis, knowledge and understanding of the basic theoretical principles necessary for the design of industrial furnaces and their structural nodes. The deepening of knowledge in the theory of combustion of gaseous fuels and combustion equipment. Analysis, knowledge and understanding of the basic theoretical principles of combustion necessary for the design of combustion equipment and the structural nodes.

Summary

Student se v rámci studia předmětu seznámí s vývojem nejstaršího tepelného stroje a jeho úlohou v průmyslové výrobě, prohloubí si teoretické základy nezbytné pro návrh pece a jejích konstrukčních uzlů. Rozšíří si vědomosti v oblasti sdílení tepla v pecním prostoru a zpracovávaném materiálu. Student se v rámci studia předmětu seznámí s vývojem topných systémů průmyslové pece spalující plynné palivo. Prohloubí si znalosti v oblasti spalování plynného paliva. V návaznosti na vývoj hořáků, armatur a řídicích systémů si prohloubí znalosti potřebné k volbě a návrhu topných systémů průmyslových pecí.

· Development of industrial furnaces - heat engine - in connection with the development of industrial production. · Thermo-physical properties of gases, statics and kinematics combustion of gaseous fuels. · Heat workspace industrial furnaces. · Heat transfer in the material. · furnace Fundamentals of hydraulics, hydraulic systems, industrial furnaces. · Refractory and insulating materials - properties, uses. · Construction of industrial furnaces nodes. · Heat exchangers. · Heat balance analysis of influencing factors. · Thermo-physical properties of gases. · Static combustion of gaseous fuels. · Kinematics combustion of gaseous fuels. · The development of heating systems, industrial fuel furnaces. · Components of heating systems. · Burners (whirl, radiation, recuperation and regeneration.)
