Analysis, knowledge and understanding of basic principles and constructional design of machines and arrangements for shearing, baling, crushing, briquetting, transport and sorting of metalic and nonmetallic waste.

Summary

Posluchači se v daném předmětu seznámí se způsoby zpracování kovového i vybraných druhů nekovového odpadu s důrazem na projekčně konstrukční řešení strojů a zařízení používaných pro jednotlivé technologie úpravy a zpracování vybraných druhů odpadů. · Zdroje výskytu kovového odpadu a požadavky na jeho úpravu. Agregáty pro tepelné zpracování a recyklaci (přetavování) kovového odpadu. · Projekční řešení závodů na úpravu kovového odpadu. Mechanická úprava kovového odpadu paketováním, stříháním, briketováním a drcením. Konstrukce a výpočet vybraných parametrů zařízení. Zařízení pro odbavování a třídění nastříhaného odpadu. · Stroje a zařízení pro mechanické zdrobňování druhotných surovin. Drtiče čelisťové kuželové, válcové, odrazové - řešení vybraných konstrukčních uzlů, stanovení hlavních parametrů. · Kulové mlýny - jednotlivé typy, koncepční řešení, stanovení výkonu a příkonu. Pohyb mlecích těles, stanovení jejich velikosti a množství. Tyčové, vibrační, autogenní a běhounové mlýny. · Třídění druhotných surovin. Třídiče - rozdělení, konstrukční provedení. Stanovení základních konstrukčních parametrů vibračních třídičů. Zařízení pro briketování druhotných surovin.Konstrukce strojů pro úpravu a mechanické zpracování odpadů z umělých hmot.

Way of continuous check of knowledge in the course of semester

Elaboration of a semester project on the topic corresponding with the focus of the course and the topic of the doctoral thesis. Passing regular consultations on the semester project. Exam.

Subject syllabus:

1. Metal waste as secondary raw material. Sources of metal waste and requirements for its treatment. Aggregates for the heat treatment and recycling (remelting) of scrap metal. 2. Individual treatment technology for scrap metal. The design of races treatment of scrap metal. 3. Mechanical treatment of waste metal paketováním. Theory packing. Design and calculation of selected parameters baling presses. 4. Equipment for cutting scrap metal cutting and breaking. theory shearing scissors structure and facilities for inserting scissors. Facilities handling and sorting of cut waste. 5. Equipment for crushing scrap metal - crushing lines . 6. Treatment and processing of metal chips, briquetting presses and lines. 7. Mobile systems for the processing of scrap metal. Examples of design solution. 8. Machinery and equipment for mechanical size reduction of secondary raw materials. Basic concepts. Jaw crusher - different types of solutions selected structural nodes , determining the main parameters of jaw crushers , conical , cylindrical. Impact crushers and shredders of special design . 9. Ball mills - the different types , conceptual solutions , performance assessments and power . Movement of grinding bodies , to determine their size and quantity. rod ,vibration , autogenous and tread mills. 10. Sorting of secondary raw materials. Screens - classification, design embodiment. Determination of basic design parameters of vibrating screen . 11. An apparatus for treating lumps of raw materials . Equipment for briquetting secondary raw materials. 12. Construction of machinery for treatment and mechanical processing of plastic waste
