Summary

Předmět je orientován na stěžejní strojní zařízení pro výrobu, sekundární zpracování a pro odlévání oceli s důrazem na projekčně konstrukční řešení strojů a zařízení používaných pro jednotlivé technologie. · Stavba primárních ocelářských pecí. Konstrukční řešení trysek pro ocelářská zařízení, hlavní parametry. Zařízení pro dávkování prachových substancí do ocelářských zařízení, uspořádání dávkovacích systémů, · Zařízení pro omezení výtoku pecní strusky do pánve. Šoupátkové uzávěry licích pánví– typy, konstrukce, zásady pro konstrukci. · Zařízení pro homogenizaci taveniny v pánvi – prostředky, konstrukční řešení. · Konstrukce zařízení pro ohřev taveniny v pánvi - pánvové pece. · Typy a konstrukce zařízení pro vakuování taveniny v pánvi. · Zařízení pro spojité lití oceli. Typy licích strojů a jejich uspořádání. Uspořádání ZPO. · Konstrukce licích stojanů a mezipánvových vozů. Konstrukce krystalizátorů radiálního stroje a řešení oscilačních mechanismů. · Uspořádání zařízení pro druhotné chlazení. Rovnací a tažná zařízení. Mechanismy a stroje pro dělení svitku. Pomocná zařízení strojů pro spojité lití oceli. · Koncepce zařízení pro lití tenkých pásů.

Subject syllabus:

1. Device for blowing particulate substances in steel facilities ,Arrangement delivery systems, 2. Structural design of nozzles for steelmaking equipment , the main parameters 3. Device to limit discharge furnace slag into the ladle. spool capsladle - type construction principles for design . 4. Equipment for the homogenization of the melt in the ladle - means construction solution. 5. Design of equipment for heating the melt in the ladle - ladle furnace - heating arc , additional heating technology in the ladle. 6. Types and design of the vacuum melt in the ladle. Equipment for chamber vacuum melt in the ladle. 7. Equipment for continuous casting of steel. Types of molding machines and their arrangement . Arrangement ZPO. 8. The design of casting stands and tundish cars. 9. Construction machinery and molds radial oscillatory solutions mechanisms. 10. The arrangement for the secondary cooling device . Straightening and towing equipment. Mechanisms and machines for cutting rolls . 11. Auxiliary equipment of machines for continuous casting of steel. 12. The concept of the device for casting thin strip .
