Summary
In the subject, students will learn about the basics and practical applications of complexes, transport equipment and means used in deep mines, quarries and engineering plants. The field of knowledge is focused on the principles and complexes of vertical and horizontal mining transport, complexes used in surface mines and quarries and in engineering plants. Students will get to know the technological, capacity and strength designs of partial parts of complexes and the design solution of core parts and parts.

Way of continuous check of knowledge in the course of semester
1. The student elaborates a seminar paper from the area of transport complexes focused on the topic of the doctoral thesis.
2. The student will process the search using scientific and patent databases (WoS, EPO, UPV) to find information about the state of knowledge for specific transport complexes used in mines, quarries or engineering plants with regard to the topic of the dissertation.
3. The seminar work and research must be defended by the student during the exam.
