The course deals with deeper issues of material flow and handling raw materials during treatment and transport to more broadly examine the oscillating troughs. Continuation of Machinery treatment I.

Subject syllabus:

Week / lectures and seminars: 1: The content and objectives, links to the courses, basic literature. Requirements for machinery. CV: A survey of knowledge of the subjects machinery. The content and character of work in practice, the conditions for obtaining credit. 2. : Definition and basic physical and mechanical properties of bulk material. Loose bodies and their stress state. CV: Power calculation for a kontunuální interrupted traffic. 3: Methods of measuring and determining the basic parameters of bulk materials, RRSB Chart. Containers of bulk materials, types of containers, their design and dimensioning. CV: Pressures on the wall and into the drain hole, the permeability of the container. 4. Conveyor Belt, a description of the structure of PD. CV: Capacity calculation sizing stanice.Výpočet conveyor drive. 5. The feeder. Belt Feeder, Feeder cell standard. CV: Calculation of the feeders. 6. Disintegration of the material. Basic theories and hypotheses rozpojování.Cv: Theory and calculation of the disintegration disintegration work. 7. Jaw and Cone Crushers. CV: Calculation of FWD. 8. Capacity calculations, determine the main parameters of the jaw crusher. 9.Mills: hammer, roller, ball, vibratory mills. CV: Determination weight of grinding bodies, critical speed and power. 10. The device for separating materials. The importance of sorting screens, sorting area. CV: Construction of the separation. 11 Vibrating screens with linear motion separating surfaces. Mechanical linear vibration exciter vibration, movement of material on a vibrating surface. CV: Calculation vibrating screens. 12. Determination of rolling speed of the material on the surface. Size sorting area. CV: Calculation of the rolling speed. 13.
