Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
The student will learn:
- the meaning of optimization methods from operational research to solve technical problems and transport practices,
- the basic functions and optimization algorithms relating to the transport network,
- the basic types of problems and algorithms related to optimizing the movement of vehicles on road networks,
- the issue of basic types of service systems, the possibilities of mathematical modeling and determination of their basic operating characteristics.
