Ensuring the safe conduct of flights. Safe, smooth and efficient flight operations. The implementation of instrument flight conditions and visibility. Air Traffic Services and their distribution. The organization of air traffic flow and airspace. Reports of air traffic services, their form and content. Separation between aircraft, ATC clearance. Capacity and throughput. Aeronautical Information Service. Automated Systems and ATC simulators
