Summary

The course is based on module 022 - aircraft instruments. Complements the course Basics of Electrical Engineering in Aviation I. The content is focused on the principles of basic aircraft instruments and the use of aircraft electronic instrument systems. The student will acquire competencies in the field of aircraft instruments, basics of navigation and satellite technology to the extent that allows him to pass PPL exams at the Civil Aviation Authority in Prague.

Way of continuous check of knowledge in the course of semester

Continuous verification of students' knowledge in numerical exercises in the form of discussion and questions with the aim of active involvement of students in teaching. Identify, seek solutions to problems and their interpretation by students. Control tests for solving numerical examples, or selected theoretical areas. Individual projects of a smaller scale on a given topic supplementing the discussed topic, its review, sorting and final compilation of facts and their incorporation into the final form. Presentation of the results of these works to other students. Students' knowledge is verified at the end of the semester by a written test and an oral exam.
