Summary

One of the fundamental function of every manager, at all levels of management is the art of effective decision-making. Practical experience has shown that it effectively is usually able to determine an employee equipped with a decisive leader with capabilities which include the ability to apply specific decision-making and management methods and procedures. To obtain those skills a student needs to get a certain amount of information on these techniques must be able to identify the problem, choose the appropriate technique to deal with in the context of the problem correctly interpret the results materially. An integral part of the knowledge of the optimization software, which allows to solve large problems that are difficult to solve by hand calculation.
