Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Student analyse data about a operation rail vehicle and public traffic vehicles, count place of fulfilment service mass, calculate count of maintenance hits and place for maintenance vehicle. Student design technical requirement on building equipment in depot.

Summary

Operational Base of transport follows the course "Fundamentals of transport" and discusses the basic activities and responsibilities of the transport company in relation to the essential duties and responsibilities for the operation and maintenance of vehicles , problems of consumables and energy in the operation of the operating units of rail and road transport and public transport , construction and technical solutions , primary , operating machinery and other devices. Syllabus : First Introduction to the problems of transport equipment , basic concepts. Second Basic tasks , activities and responsibilities of the transport company - accounting and inventory status of vehicles division operating units . 3rd Engineering solutions operating units - the rails and roads , buildings operating units , engineering solutions maintenance of vehicles . 4th Operating machinery - turning and moving vehicles , storage , drying and distribution of sand. 5th Oil and oil management operating units . 6th Technical equipment repair shops . 7th Working environment and its protection . 8th Health and safety at work. 9th Logistics Security Schemes operating units . 10th Capacity calculations - Calculation of parking spaces, - Calculation of fuel consumption - Mileage mileage between refueling , - The need for habitat replenishment vehicles operating materials , - Capacity of storage areas , - Number of planned maintenance interventions , - The need to stall the implementation of planned maintenance interventions in the operating units.
