Cílem předmětu je dosáhnout u studentů kompetence potřebné k orientaci v problematice lidského činitele a jeho vlivu na systémovou bezpečnost v dopravě. Hlavní témata (osnova) předmětu po jednotlivých týdnech (blocích ) výuky: 1. ÚVOD 1.1. Význam dopravy pro regionální a globální ekonomiku 1.2. Vliv lidského činitele na bezpečnost dopravy 2. STATISTICKÉ ROZBORY DOPRAVNÍCH NEHOD 2.1. Definice dopravních nehod a incidentů 2.2. Statistické přehledy vývoje příčin dopravních nehod a jejich následků 3. LIDSKÝ ČINITEL V OBCHODNÍ DOPRAVĚ 3.1. Význam LČ 3.2. Potřeba znalosti LČ z hlediska dopravního průmyslu 3.3. Aplikace LČ v dopravním provozu 4. PROJEVY NEŽÁDOUCÍCH ASPEKTŮ LČ V OBCHODNÍ DOPRAVĚ 4.1. Nezvládání stresových situací 4.2. Lidské chyby a nedodržování postupů a předpisů 4.3. Neadekvátní koncepce výcviku a postupů pro dopravní operátory 4.4. Osobnostní předpoklady operátorů dopravních systémů k nehodám a incidentům 5. MOŽNOSTI ZVYŠOVÁNÍ BEZPEČNOSTI OBCHODNÍ DOPRAVY POMOCÍ ELIMINACE NEŽÁDOUCÍCH ASPEKTŮ LČ 5.1. Školení zainteresovaných osob v problematice lidského činitele 5.2. 1. INTRODUCTION 1.1 Importance of transport to the regional and global economy 1.2 Influence of human factor on transport security 2. STATISTICAL ANALYSES OF TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS 1.2 Definitions of accidents and incidents 2.2 Statistical surveys of the development of the causes of traffic accidents and their consequences 3. HUMAN FACTORS IN THE COMMERCIAL TRANSPORTATION 3.1 The importance of LC 3.2 HF - need for knowledge in terms of the transport industry 3.3 Application of LC in traffic 4. UNDESIRABLE HF ASPECTS IN COMMERCIAL TRANSPORT 4.1 Failure to cope with stressful situations 4.2 Human error and non-compliance procedures and regulations 4.3 Inadequate training concept and procedures for transport operators 4.4 Personal prerequisites operators of transportation systems, accidents and incidents 5.
