Summary

1st Motivational first lecture . Examples of advanced unmanned systems control algorithms and the use of sensory systems. History of unmanned aerial vehicles and systems. 2nd specifics of UAVs in terms of materials and construction. Construction of the airframe and wings. Problems strength and flexibility. 3 Drive units for UAVs . Reciprocating engines , small combustion turbines . Small jet engines. Electric drive unit. Selection of a suitable drive unit for a specific UAS . 4th Electronic Systems UAS - SMART MEMS inertial sensors and unmanned aircraft - sensed variables , MEMS , smart sensors, data processing and data fusion. User's view of GPS , INS and aerometric system . Redundancy and security. 5.Basic control loops for each UAV autopilot modes . Control of take-off, adjustment dynamics, track guidance , site selection and retention of a point above the target / off-target tracking ground moving target . Approach to landing , landing . 6th Advanced algorithms for control systems - optimal and robust control systems . 7th Telemetry for UAVs - communication interfaces , protocols , security, antenna. 8th Flight planning - searching for the optimal trajectory , the no-fly zone , optimization criteria - consumption goals . 9th systems for automatic collision avoidance between aircraft - cooperative and non-cooperative methods . 10th Steering Group coordinated tasks UAVs - formation , monitoring. 11th User (auxiliary) device - stabilized base , optical systems , localizers, sights and range finders, image processing. 12th Legal aspects of operating UAVs in the Czech Republic in Europe. 13th Possibilities of unmanned systems

Subject syllabus:

Osnova přednášek: 1. Motivační přednáška. Ukázky pokročilých bezpilotních systémů algoritmů řízení a použití senzorických systémů. Historie bezpilotních prostředků a systémů. 2. Specifika bezpilotních prostředků z hlediska materiálů a konstrukce. Stavba draku a křídla. Problémy pevnosti a pružnosti. 3. Pohonné jednotky pro bezpilotní prostředky. Pístové motory, Malé spalovací turbiny. Malé proudové motory. Elektrické pohonné jednotky. Výběr vhodné pohonní jednotky pro konkrétní UAS. 4. Elektronické systémy pro UAS - MEMS a SMART inerciální senzory pro bezpilotní letouny - snímané veličiny, MEMS, SMART senzory, zpracování a fúze dat. Uživatelský pohled na GPS, INS a aerometrický systém. Redundance a zabezpečení systému. 5. Základní řídicí smyčky pro jednotlivé módy autopilota bezpilotního letounu. Řízení vzletu, úprava dynamiky, vedení po trati, výběr místa a udržení místa nad cílem/mimo cíl, sledování pozemního pohyblivého cíle. Přiblížení na přistání, přistání. 6. Pokročilé algoritmy pro návrh řídicích systémů - optimální a robustní řídicí systémy. 7. Specifika telemetrie pro bezpilotní letouny - komunikační rozhraní, protokoly, zabezpečení, antény. 8. Plánování letu – vyhledávání optimální trajektorie, bezletové zóny, optimalizační kritéria - spotřeba, plnění cílů. 9. Systémy pro automatické řešení kolizí mezi letouny - kooperativní a nekooperativní metody. 10. Řízení koordinovaných úloh skupiny bezpilotních prostředků - formace, monitoring. 11. Uživatelská (přídavná) zařízení – stabilizované základny, optické systémy, lokalizátory, zaměřovače a dálkoměry, zpracování obrazové informace. 12. Právní aspekty provozování bezpilotních prostředků v ČR v Evropě. 13. Možnosti využití bezpilotních systémů Osnova cvičení: 1. Přehled různých typů bezpilotních letounů. 2. Diskuse v oblasti výběru vhodné pohonné jednotky pro bezpilotní prostředek. 3. Návrh základních řídicích smyček autopilota. 4. Výběr semestrálních úloh. 5. Práce v týmech na semestrálních úlohách. 6. Prezentace výsledků semestrálních úloh, diskuse, hodnocení, zápočet.
