Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

In the subject of Logistics, students will become familiar with logistics as a field of science with a focus on general logistics specializing in transport and handling in relation to the implementation of Industry 4.0 principles in the form of monitoring, designing and recording the flow of material. The subject is devoted to production strategy, warehouse management in a company, IT technology of traceability of critical parts production with on-line process control and control of limit values of monitored quantities in internal company logistics.

Summary

In the subject of Logistics, students will become familiar with logistics as a field of science with a focus on general logistics of general logistics specializing in transport and handling in relation to the introduction of Industry 4.0 principles in the form of monitoring, designing and recording the flow of material.

Vypracování 3 úloh z oblasti logistiky a vypracování zápočtového testu: Úloha 1 – Logistika zásob – hodnoceno maximálně 5 body. Úloha 2 – Pohyb materiálu v podniku – hodnoceno maximálně 5 body. Úloha 3 – Logistika v dopravě-paletizace a kontejnerizace – hodnoceno maximálně 5 body.

1) Počátky vývoje logistiky, cíle a strategie logistiky 2) Integrovaná logistika 3) Logistický řetězec, aktivní a pasivní prvky logistiky, mikrologistika a makrologistika, dopravní logistika v kontextu manipulace s materiálem 4) Vnitropodnikové a vněobjektová doprava a její specifika 5) Informatika v logistice, pohyb hmot v prostoru a čase 6) Vyjádření manipulačního problému, návrh prostředku technické manipulace-relace mezi zdroji a spotřebiči 7) Metody řešení rozmístění objektů řešení navrhování objektů 8) Skladování, skladovací systémy 9) Distibuční logistika a její aspekty 10) Obecná podniková logistika 11) Logistické náklady 12) Logistické technologie 13) Vícekriteriální rozhodování 14) Logistický auditing a kontroling Studijní literatura a studijní pomůcky
