Summary

The course deals with some issues mathematical reliability theory and its applications. The first section briefly describes the types of random variables used to describe the states of technical objects. Are also explained in detail the procedures used in the planning and evaluation of reliability tests. The third section briefly discusses the issue of renewal theory and its applications.
