Graduates will be detailed information on the effective planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of transport processes, gain information about the common features of transport processes and subsequently the specifics of transport processes in the use of multiple modes.

Summary

Transport is defined as a final product of Transport, the relocation of people and packages in space and time. Generally, it is important that transport processes are carried out effectively because of their inefficient operation are caused substantial economic losses. Subject to instill the basic principles for the efficient organization of transport processes, alerting them to any specific characteristics resulting from the use of transport modes and to discuss the broader context, which affect the efficient operation of transportation systems.

1. Transport and its characteristics. Specifics of transport systems and technologies in passenger and freight transport. 2. Introduction to road transport, technical basis for road transport. 3. Legislation in national road transport and transportation. 4. Legislation in international road transport and transportation. 5. Road transport technology. 6. Introduction to air transport - legislation, technical basis. 7. Transport process in air passenger transport. 8. Transport process in air freight transport. 9. Legislation in railway transport and transportation, tariffs in railway transport. 10.Technical base for railway transport. 11.Technology of railway transport. 12.Introduction to water transport - legislation, technical basis, technology. 13.Introduction to combined transport, legislation and technical basis of combined transport. 14.Combined transport technology, INCOTERMS delivery clauses.
