Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Analyse the public passenger transport system from the point of view of technological, operational-economic and qualitative, identify and formulate transport problems, propose solutions to the transport system, summarised and evaluated the consequences and effects of the proposed changes in the areas of transport quality, technology and technology used, organisation, economy and environment. Carry out an evaluation of the transport system, changes and impacts using the methods studied. Skills to prove by solving a semester project.

Summary

Technology, organisation, management and economy of road and urban public passenger transport. Characteristics of passenger transport, technological elements of regular public transport. Performance and quality of transport. Creation of a public passenger transport system, division of transport work between public transport and IAD. Dispatching and traffic coordination. Operational economic characteristics of public passenger transport. State transportation policy. Creating a timetable, graphics. Creation of a public transport system. Model of transport operation of the territory, creation of a public transport network. Road freight transport technology, turnover, loading, unloading. Performance in road freight transport and shipping. Time and power use of road haulage vehicles. Project of transport technology on the line.
