Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Analyzovat druhy podnikání v dopravě, rozpoznat a formulovat problematiku dopravního a přepravního procesu v dopravním podniku a dopravních služeb v sektoru služeb. Shrnout výsledky studie průběhu práce a pracovního času v dopravě a zhodnotit důsledky a účinky navržených změn. Navrhnout optimální strukturu nákladů a výnosů v dopravě. Zhodnotit marketingové strategie různých modelů. Dovednosti prokázat vyřešením semestrálního projektu.

Summary

Základy podnikání a podnikatelské činnosti v dopravě, dopravní a přepravní procesy v podniku. Problematika dopravních služeb v sektoru služeb. Plánování práce, pracovního času v dopravě. Personální politika dopravního podniku. Manažerské přístupy k nákladům a výnosům v dopravě, tvorba ceny, manažerské řízení dopravního podniku jako celku. Marketing v dopravě a marketingový mix.
