Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
The student learn problematice of supply chain management, basic methods and their application in practice.
Students will learn about the supply chain and its management. They will also become familiar with logistics activities that direct material flow and with activities in the area of material and information flow management. They will learn to design a supply chain and a workplace layout solution, to assess its effectiveness.
The aim of the course is to implement the ideas of proper supply chain management.
By completing this course, students should acquire the following skills:
- design the supply chain on the basis of the documents received,
- acquire competencies in supply chain design
- design the layout of the workplace and assess its effectiveness,
By completing this course, students should be competent to:
- enterprise supply chain design and retrospective assessment of system functionality.
