KONZULTACE: 1. Vymezení logistiky v jednotlivých sférách společenských aktivit, vznik a vývoj 2. Definice logistiky, současný stav logistiky 3. Podniková logistika 4. Vymezení logistiky v systému řízení podniku 5. Reengineering a rozvoj logistiky v podniku 6. Logistika ve strategii podniku 7. Logistika v managementu výroby 8. Diagnostika podniku z aspektu zdokonalování systému řízení při uplatnění logistiky 9. Informační systém logistiky 10.Metody uplatňované v logistice 11.Předpoklady a podmínky úspěšnosti logistiky z aspektu rozvoje podniku 12.Logistika v řízení jakosti a ochrany životního prostředí 13.Uplatnění metod KAITEN, JIT, KANBAN 14.Faktory ovlivňující logistiku SEMINÁŘE: 1.
