Subject syllabus:

1. History of management - from science manage (Taylor) bis to day 2. System of management - two subsystems: organization and process of management, reorganization 3. Organization – the organization structures, the types of organization structures 4. The projects organization structures - the types of this structures 5. Strategy of the development the engineering enterprise – the SWOT analysis, creating the aims, formulation the strategy 6. Innovation in the system of management – applying the norms of quality, environmental, logistic, codex of ethics 7. The economy of the engineering enterprise – the possession and capital of enterprise, the balance, finance, invest 8. The economic grow – risk and crisis – the causes of crisis, the measure against crisis, saving, liquidation 9. The risk capital – applying the risk capital in the economy of enterprise 10. The preparation of the enterprises on the entrance in the EU – The innovation strategy
