Student - regaining overall picture about given to problems, - regaining skill in the area solving decision - making exercise and scheduling complicated action, - will orient in the area drive production system, load production etc.

Students will extend and make deeper their theoretical knowledge of the organization and economy of engineering production with aim their applying in practice an research.

1. Characteristics of production control, definition of terms. 2. Business management system. 3. Organizational structures. 4. Planning. 5. Decision making. 6. Standardization of company activities. 7. Technical and economic standards. 8. Operative management standards. 9. Organizational Standards. 10. Technical preparation of production. 11. Systems used in organization and management. 12. Methods of rationalization. 13. Cost of business activities. 14. Final summary of the discussed issues.
