Subject belongs to the groups of branch subject, which closely linked to the subjects Engineering Materials, Welding Fundamentals and Welding. Subject considered computer method and application specialized software package for welding. Includes : material database, welded joint properties, testing materials weldability , determine thermal and stress fields, project and design welded joint, design on optimize welding technology and procedure, monitoring welding technology.

Přednášky: 1. Výpočetní metody a výp. technika v technologii svařování - možnosti a použití. 2. Stanovení teplotního režimu svařování, svařovacích parametrů. 3. Hodnocení svařitelnosti, predikce a vlastnosti svarových spojů. 4. Monitorování svařovacích procesů, řízení, programování a kontrola. Cvičení: 1. Úvodní cvičení. Zadání programu č. 1. 2. Výběr základního materiálu. 3. Výběr přídavného materiálu. 4. Stanovení svařovacích parametrů. 5. Stanovení teplotního režimu svařování. 6. Návrh svarových spojů - CAD ve svařování. 7. Hodnocení svařitelnosti. 8. Predikce vlastností svarových spojů, TOO. 9. Monitorování svařovacích procesů - laboratoře. 10. Hodnocení vlastností svarových spojů. 11. Hodnocení vlastností svarových spojů. Test. 12. Numerické řešení teplotních a nap. polí. Zápočet.
