Subject syllabus:

Lecture: 1. Introduction to the theory of surfaces metals 2. Theory of surface metals 3. Regularity course of chemical response 4. Chemical characteristics of metals 5. Electrochemical behaviour of metals 6. Electrochemical corrosion of metals 7. Surface treatment of material - mechanical 8. Surface treatment of material - chemical 9. Phosphate layer 10. Conversion coatings 11. Chemical adjustment of metal surfaces 12. Oxidizing processes of surface metals 13. Safety and hygiene at work in Surface treatment 14. Excursion Exercising: 1. Methods of laboratory works - introduction to the problems 2. Corrosion test. 3. Corrosion test. 4. Metallographical plotting of corrosive charging material. 5. Surface adjustment of material- pickling. 6. Surface adjustment material- degreasing. 7. Inspection test . 8. Phosphate layer. 9. Anodizing aluminum. 10. Anodizing aluminum- colors of oxidizing layers. 11. Proposal of preliminary treatment concrete engaged material. 12. Surface treatment of iron cast before coatings. 13. Estimation of exercising – tuition. 14. Final test.
