Lecture: 1. Bases of chemistry and electrochemistry. 2. Characteristics of galvanic coatings. 3. Decorative treatment. 4. Functional galvanic coatings. 5. Galvanoplasty. 6. Protective characteristics of coating systems. 7. Preliminary chemical adjustment before treatment. 8. Converse coatings. 9. Mistakes in coatings. 10. Check method. 11. Quality control of coatings. 12. Quality assessment of coatings. 13. Safeness and ecological aspects. 14. Excursion. Exercising: 1. Methods of experimental works.. 2. Evaluation of relay - fa surface plate material. 3. Evaluation of steps surface contamination foundation material. 4. Evaluation of cleanness surface steel material. 5. Electrochemical degreasing. 6. Inspection test. 7. Electrochemical electroplated. 8. Evaluation of qualities coatings chemically and electrochemical outcast. 9. Chemical electroplated- Ni and Cu coatings 10.
