Summary

Předmět je zaměřen na problematiku personálních činností, personálního řízení, jeho význam a hlavní úkoly v organizacích. Předmět zahrnuje rovněž problematiku trhu pracovních sil a otázky nezaměstnanosti. Studenti se seznámí s přístupy k vedení lidí a významem motivace v pracovním procesu a organizacích.
