Obtaining of knowledges about properties and using metallic and nonmetallic material in machine.

Teaching methods



Constructional and corrosion resisting steel, steels with special physical properties, tool steel, tech nology of processing steel, cast irons, nonferous metals and their alloys, plasics used in machine, characteristics of plastics, composite and ceramics materials and their characteristics, glassy materials and their characteristics.

Lecture: 1 Metal materials, technical iron and his alloys, system iron – carbon.. 2 Steel making, fission steel, systems denotation steel, influence elements on characteristics of alloies iron. 3 Constructional steels of usual quality 4 Constructional steel low-alloyed 5 Corrosion - proof steels – high-elongation furnace black chromium steels 6 Corrosion - proof steels – chromium - nickel austenitic steels. 7 Structurals steels for special application. 8 Tool steels. 9 Cast irons. 10 Nonferrous metals and their alloys. 11 Nonferrous metals and their alloys, bases of physicists polymers, structure macromolecular materials. 12 Characteristics of plastics for use in mechanical engineering 13 Composite and ceramic materials, metal glass. 14 Powdery metallurgy products
