Obnovování a zvyšování sortimentu výrobků, služeb a relevantních trhů. Vznik
nových metod výroby, zásobování a distribuce. Zavádění změn do řízení. Zavádění
změn do organizace práce a pracovních podmínek. Inovace oblastí know-
how /Zelená kniha EU/. Zdokonalování informačních systémů a informačních
technologií.
