- will be able to explain the concept of Project Management;
- will know the characteristic features of the project;
- will be able to formulate the individual phases of the project cycle;

The subject deals with the projects, their meaning, planning, implementation and management itself.

Subject syllabus:
Přednášky:
1. Projekt, řízení projektů, definování cílů.
2. Etapy managementu, projektový management.
3. Management projektu - fáze.
4. Projektový management - organizační struktury.
5. Manager projektu, týmový projektový management, role.
6. Strategie projektu - studie proveditelnosti.
7. Projektové plánování. Rizika projektů.
8. Realizace projektů. Efektivnost investic.
9. Využití výpočetní techniky při řízení projektů. Další otázky řízení projektů.
Cvičení:
1. Podmínky absolvování, úvod do problematiky, softwarová podpora projektového řízení.
2. Zadání programů, základní seznámení s aplikací Microsoft Project 2003 Standard.
3. Procvičení základních úkonů v MS Project. Procvičení práce s úkoly. Práce s úkoly a kalendářem.
4. Filtrace a třídění dat, vytváření vlastních tabulek a zobrazení.
5. Procvičení práce s kompletním projektem včetně realizace, bez zdrojů.
6. Procvičení práce se zdroji, sestavování rozpočtu, výpočtu zisku a úpravy cash flow, práce se šablonami
7. Procvičení sestavování rozpočtu, aktualizace dat a spolupráce s programy Excel a Word, formátování,
úpravy výstupů. Práce s multiprojektem, práce ve skupině.
8. Prezentace a obhajoby programů.
9. Test. Udělování zápočtů.
