- will be able to explain the concept of Project Management;
- will know the characteristic features of the project;
- will be able to formulate the individual phases of the project cycle;

Seminář tématicky doplňuje bloky přednášek, pozornost je věnována zejména
problematice projektového plánování, kde se studenti seznámí na praktických
příkladech s metodami CPM, PERT a Ganttovými diagramy.
