Student: - can differentiate ordinary and project management; - will be able to explain the concept of Project Management; - will know the characteristic features of the project; - will be able to formulate the individual phases of the project cycle; - can describe the project management process and name its action; - can describe and assess the role of the project team.

Studenti zpracují a obhájí zadanou seminární práci, která je podmínkou pro udělení zápočtu, stejně jako test znalostí na závěr semestru.

Subject syllabus:

Konzultace: 1. Projekt, řízení projektů, definování cílů 2. Připrava a ověřování projektů 3. Projektový management 4. Plánování projektů 5. Proces řízení a realizace projektu 6. Kontrola průběhu projektu 7. Řešení změn a problémů 8. Role poradců a smluvní vztahy 9. Ukončení projektu 10.Projekt a investice 11.Řešení kapacit projektu 12.Efektivnost investic 13.Využití výpočetní techniky v řízení projektu 14.Studie proveditelnosti. 15.Ostatní otázky řízení projektu Seminář tématicky doplňuje bloky přednášek, pozornost je věnována zejména problematice projektového plánování, kde se studenti seznámí na praktických příkladech s metodami CPM, PERT a Ganttovými diagramy.
