Student: - can differentiate ordinary and project management; - will be able to explain the concept of Project Management; - will know the characteristic features of the project; - will be able to formulate the individual phases of the project cycle; - can describe the project management process and name its action; - can describe and assess the role of the project team.

The subject deals with the projects, their meaning, planning, implementation and management itself.

Way of continuous check of knowledge in the course of semester

Studenti zpracují a obhájí zadanou seminární práci, která je podmínkou pro udělení zápočtu, stejně jako test znalostí na závěr semestru. Bodové hodnocení semestrální práce zahrnuje plnění kvalitativních požadavků (obsah, rozsah a grafické zpracování) práce a rovněž dodržení stanovených termínů. Odevzdání zpracované kompletní semestrální práce musí proběhnout nejpozději týden před termínem testu.
