Summary

The study subject offers a basic orientation in the field of law with a focus on business standards. The chapters are logically connected to each other, focusing on the issues of legal responsibility, procedural law, constitutional law, civil and procedural law, as well as laws for entrepreneurs. The aim of the course is to get an orientation in the subject and to understand the links to related subjects of related subjects. The degree of fulfillment of the given goal will be demonstrated by the student in the final test and the fulfillment of the tasks stipulated as a condition for completing the subject.

Subject syllabus:

Lectures: 1. INTRODUCTION TO THEORY OF RIGHTS: Law and legal norm, System of objective (valid) law, Sources of law. 2. Legal entities, Legal capacity, Subjective rights and legal obligations, Legal relations, Legal acts. 3. THE BASIS OF LEGAL LIABILITY: Convictions, Delicate Eligibility. 4. Breach of legal obligations (legal offense), factual background, overlapping of liability 5. BASIS OF PROCESS RIGHTS: Entities involved in the proceedings, Objective of the procedure. 6. Proceedings of the proceedings, Finding vs. enforcement (enforcement) proceedings. 7. ADJUSTMENT OF BASIC SOCIAL RELATIONS IN THE STATE – INTRODUCTION: Constitutional law and constitutional order. 8. Constitution of the Czech Republic (Constitutional Act No. 1/1993 Coll.), Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms (Act No. 2/1993 Coll.). 9. CIVIL LAW: Persons and Deeds, Things, Absolute Property Rights, Relative Property Rights. 10. Legal claim, limitation and limitation. 11. CIVIL LAW PROCESSING: Entities of the Proceedings, Cases of Civil Proceedings. 12. Examples of proceedings with special treatment, Enforcement of decisions. 13. BUSINESS LAWS: Insolvency law. 14. Recurring and examining of knowledge – test. Practice: 1. Establishment of business subjects, articles of partnership Memorandum of Association. 2. Business engagement relations – contract of purchase, contract for work, types of contracts rent contract, legal proceedings, claims. 3. Building act – building licence, acceptance act.
