Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Students will acquire basic orientation in current civil and business standards which concern problematics of business.

Teaching methods

Project work


The study subject offers a basic orientation in the field of law with a focus on business standards. The chapters are logically connected to each other, focusing on the issues of legal responsibility, procedural law, constitutional law, civil and procedural law, as well as laws for entrepreneurs. The aim of the course is to get an orientation in the subject and to understand the links to related subjects of related subjects. The degree of fulfillment of the given goal will be demonstrated by the student in the final test and the fulfillment of the tasks stipulated as a condition for completing the subject.

Way of continuous check of knowledge in the course of semester

• individual contracts for seminar works, consultation with every student at practice, • two written tests, • assessment of technical and formal level of delivered seminar work.

Mandatory personal participation according to the timetable for at least 1st (first) consultation. Mandatory tasks require at least 51 points.
