Summary

In the frame of study student obtain deeper and more detailed knowledge in the field: Characteristic of surface of mechanical materials, physics of phase boundaries, optical properties of surfaces, treatment of surface, special methods of application coatings in vacuum,ionic nitration, organic coatings with nanoelements, vitreous enamel coats with nanoelements and his properties, nanostructured materials in surface finishes.

Subject syllabus:

1. Charakteristika povrchu kovových a nekovových materiálů. 2. Optické vlastnosti povrchu materiálů. 3. Fázové rozhraní substrát - povlak. 4. Povrchové úpravy substrátu před aplikací povlaku. 5. Povrchové úpravy substrátu mechanické. 6. Povrchové úpravy substrátu chemické. 7. Iontová nitridace. 8. Organické povlaky. 9. Vliv nanočástic na vlastnosti organických povlaků. 10. Sklovité smaltové povlaky. 11. Vliv nanočástic na vlastnosti sklovitých smaltových povlaků. 12. Tenké vrstvy povlaků získané ve vakuu. 13. Nanomateriály používané pro povrchové úpravy. 14. Zkoušení povlaků.
