Úloha a význam progresivních managerských technik v praxi; komplexní přehled o aplikačních a metodických aspektech moderního managementu; detailní seznámení s úspěšnými manažerskými přístupy; osvojení si vybraných metod, technik a nástrojů využívaných v praxi.

Active participation at seminars at least 80%.
Semester work and its defense; Exam.
Submission of complete processed semester works will take place according to the set schedule (see LMS) no later than one week before the actual presentation.
The point evaluation of the semester work includes the fulfillment of qualitative requirements (content, scope, and graphic processing) of the work, the actual presentation of the work, and also the set deadlines.
