Summary

In the frame of study student obtain deeper and more detailed knowledge in the field: Characteristic of surface of mechanical materials, physics of phase boundaries, optical properties of surfaces, treatment of surface, special methods of application coatings in vacuum, thermal spray application, implantation, using of laser, ionic nitration, organic coatings, vitreous enamel coats, nanostructured materials in surface finishes. Properties of the surface material and of the surface construction, of the application technologies of surface layers.

EN: 1. Characteristic of the surface engineering materials. 2. Surface texture of the engineering materials. 3. Thermodynamic and kinetics surface process. 4. Surface reaction. 5. Optical surface properties. 6. Mechanical finish of the engineering materials. 7. Chemical finish of the engineering materials. 8. Characteristics of the thin films. 9. Production coatings in vacuum. 10. Glass and glass ceramics coatings, technology application. 11. Colour coating, technology application and their using. 12. Ionic nitration. 13. Thermic spray. 14. Influence of the water and designating liquids on characteristics oating. 15. Quality of the control surface finishes engineering materials and coatings.
