Summary
In the frame of study student obtain deeper and more detailed knowledge in the
field: Characteristic of surface of mechanical materials, physics of phase
boundaries, optical properties of surfaces, treatment of surface, special
methods of application coatings in vacuum, thermal spray application,
implantation, using of laser, ionic nitration, organic coatings, vitreous
enamel coats, nanostructured materials in surface finishes. Properties of the
surface material and of the surface construction, of the application
technologies of surface layers.
