Student should be able to: 1. Understand and explain quality management principles. 2. Apply method s and tools of quality management. 3. Design and assess quality management procedures. 4. Measure performance of quality management processes.

Summary

Students will obtain deep knowledge in the field of quality management. They will understand basic principles of modern quality management, they will learn about quality management concepts ai design, production and post-production stages and especially about various methods and tools for quality assurance and quality improvement.
