Summary

Metal Forming is based on Theory of Plasticity (TP) and on Material Sciences (MS) respectively. TP describes mechanics of plastically deformed solids by mathematic means MS will be discoursed here in volume necessitated for understanding of deformation processes limitations. TP will be discoursed with two tasks - the first, to construct explicit relation between strain and stress during plastic deformation, the second, to suggest a solution for metal forming analysis (MFA). Conventional and unconventional processes of metal forming technology will be subjected to MFA.
