Summary
The numerical control (NC) technology is one of the key technologies in modern
manufacturing.
Historical development and basic concepts, general principles and definitions
of numerical control, types of interpolation, types of NC, G and M functions,
technology functions, tools for NC machine tools, automatically programming
system “KOVOPROG”, part-program, processor and postprocessor.
