The completion of this course in deepening their knowledge in the areas of machining, metrology and assembly. Can you classify the different ways of working and forming processes in measuring the basic parameters of Engineering and values ​​and focus on simple assembly.

Summary

Technology II is the basic undergraduate degree courses in all disciplines at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. Includes advanced fundamentals of machining, metrology and assembly for the understanding of product design in relation to technological aspects and to obtain the most basic concepts of manufacturing technology components of the basic methods of control and measurement of machine parts and methods of installation of machinery and equipment.

Program soustředění: - základy metrologie (chyby měření, drsnost povrchu, apod.), terminologií a rozdělením metod obrábění - popis řezného nástroje, včetně pohybů při obrábění a nástrojovými rovinami a úhly - tvorba a tvarování třísky - tepelná bilance, teplo a teplota při obrábění - řezné prostředí - opotřebení nástrojů - trvanlivost a životnost nástroje - obrobitelnost a řezivost nástroje - nástrojové materiály (NÁSTROJOVÉ OCELI, SLINUTÉ KARBIDY, ŘEZNÁ KERAMIKA, CERMETY, KUBICKÝ NITRID BORU, DIAMANT) - tvorba výrobních postupů (VOLBA ZÁKLADEN, SLED OPERACÍ, TECHNOLOGIČNOST KONSTRUKCE) - druhy a metody montáže - soustružení - frézování (včetně dělicího přístroje) - vrtání a vyvrtávání - hoblování a obrážení - dělení materiálu - broušení - dokončovací metody obrábění - výroba závitů, ozubení a kuželů - nekonvenční metody obrábění
