Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

To acquaint students with the problems of programming of CNC machine tools. Interpret and modify CNC programs. Be able to create a CNC program for machining the specified part.

Summary

Students will be acquainted with CNC machine control systems and technological possibilities of these machine tools. They learn the ISO code for manual programming of CNC machines. After completing the course, he / she will be able to independently set up programs for CNC machine tools. The listener will be able to interpret the CNC program.

Subject syllabus:

The program of lectures Week lectures 1st Introduction to NC technology. 2nd Control of NC Machine Systems. 3rd Working space and coordinate system for NC machines. 4th Construction of the NC program and the procedure for its elaboration. 5th Operation of the CNC control system EMCOTRONIC TM 02 - turning. 6th Programming EMCOTURN 120 lathe with CNC control system, the 2nd EMCOTRONIC TM 7th Graphic simulation of machining. 8th Tools and tool systems for NC machines. 9th Tool setting and tool constant. Program of exercises and seminars + individual students' work Week Refill exercises and seminars 1 exercise program, recommended reading, technology. 2 Program 1 - Development of the program components for CNC lathe 3 Using the program No. 1 4 Work on the program No. 1 5 Working on the program No. 1 6 Simulation and debugging of a program from 1 PC. 7 Production control management program as a piece of NC lathe. 8 Production control piece by the control program on the NC lathe. 9 tests, classified accreditation, assessment exercises.
