The aims of subject is introduce students with types of machine tools, NC machine tools, their contruction and production.

Syllabus of lectures: 1st Sorting OS requirements for OS technological parameters of the OS. Major and minor axis drives. Stepped and stepless speed change. Accuracy of work and geometric accuracy of the OS. Straightforward guidance OS. Rolling deposit with the OS. 2nd Machining center, unattended OS. Choice of OS and machining methods. Dedicated and modular OS. Characteristics of NC structure. Basic programming of NC machines. Control of NC machine tool systems and their programming. Reliability and Technical Diagnostics OS. Exercise program: 1st Program No. 1: Speed ​​and RPM chart gearbox OS. 2nd Program No. 2: Control NC program for machining rotational parts
