Summary

Basic course in which students learn about the main methods of operation, with the specialized terminology. This course is a basic tool, machine, choice of materials and methods of creation of technological processes for the production of simple components, including basic calculations. In this course, students will be familiar with the technology division of the material basis of measurement of machine parts and technology of machining operations.

Základní předmět, ve kterém se studenti seznámí s hlavními metodami obrábění a s příslušným odborným názvoslovím. Obsahem předmětu jsou základní nástroje, stroje, volba materiálů a metodika tvorby technologických postupů výroby jednoduchých součástí včetně základních výpočtů. V tomto předmětu budou studenti seznámeni s technologiemi dělení materiálu, základy měření strojních součástí a technologiemi jednotlivých operací třískového obrábění. 1. Úvodní přednáška, plán přednášek, obecné pojmy, základy metrologie, chyby měření, parametry drsnosti a jejich měření. 2. Terminologie, rozdělení metod obrábění, popis řezného nástroje, pohyby při obrábění, nástrojové roviny a úhly. 3. Teplo a teplota při obrábění, tepelná bilance, řezné prostředí, opotřebení břitu nástroje, trvanlivost a životnost nástroje, řezivost nástroje a obrobitelnost materiálu. 4. Nástrojové materiály (nástrojové oceli, slinuté karbidy, řezná keramika, cermety, kubický nitrid boru, diamant). 5. Soustružení a frézování. 6. Vrtání, hoblování, obrážení, protahování, protlačování, broušení, dělení materiálu. 7. Nekonvenční metody obrábění, zhodnocení předmětu.

Subject syllabus:

Basic course in which students learn about the main methods of operation, with the specialized terminology. This course is a basic tool, machine, choice of materials and methods of creation of technological processes of production simple parts, including basic calculations. In this course, students will be familiar with the technology division materials, basic measurement of machine parts and technology of machining operations. 1st Introductory lecture, lecture schedule, general concepts, metrology, measurement errors, roughness parameters and their measurement. 2nd Terminology, a division of machining methods, description of the cutting tool movement during machining, tool and plane angles. 3rd Heat and temperature during machining, heat balance, cutting environment, cutting edge wear, durability and tool life, machinability rustiness tools and materials. 4th Tool materials (tool steels, cemented carbides, cutting ceramics, cermets, cubic boron nitride, diamond). 5th Turning and milling. 6th Drilling, planing, slotting, broaching, extruding, grinding, cutting material. 7th Non-conventional machining methods, evaluation of the course.
