Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
Students can deepen the knowledge in the field of measurement techniques in mechanical engineering. They acquire knowledge about the analyze measurement system by the help I gather capability of measurement systems. Another part of students gain knowledge about the product quality control and quality management systems in industry and services. They gain an comprendium of the management tools and methods that are used in quality assurance.

Summary
The subject is connected with the subject „Technical Measurement and Metrology“ The students intensity your knowledge's from control of parts parameters, determination deviations geometric shape and location etc.., including measuring methods, instruments and machines. An inseparable part are lessons chapters dedicated the automation of measuring processes and measuring on three-coordinate machines. Part of the lesson is dedicated to basic notions of quality control and using statistic methods in quality control. The theoretical knowledges are practically verified in the laboratory.
