Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Experimental and special machining methods Continuation of Theory of machining, design and production tools and CAM systems in the machining experiments implementing practical measurement on machine tools designed for the purpose of measuring apparatuses and utilities. Students receive both theoretical interpretation of the individual tasks and their practical implementation in the laboratory department 346, including processing results in the form of programs.

Summary

Special and experimental technologies build on the subject of machining theory. When theoretical knowledge is verified by experiments that are subsequently processed as projects. The topics include the analysis of the mechanism of the creation of the creation of the creation, the measurement of machining forces, the measurement of vibration during machining, the temperature measurement, as well as determining the machinability of the material.
