Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The goal is to define in detail describe the process of installation and integrated into the production. Graduate course will be able to propose a procedure for assembling production equipment and assess its impact on the resulting accuracy of the device.

Summary

Subject is focused on the teoretical and practical undertanding of final period of production. The aim of subject is define, in detail describe and include process of assembly to the areas manufacturing. Graduate of subject will be able to suggest progress of assembly production establishment and evaluate his influence on resulting accuracy establishment. Estimation production results by technical, quality and economist aspects.

Way of continuous check of knowledge in the course of semester

1 final test (exam is evaluated up to 30 points) 1 writing work (work is rated up to 30 points) 1 semester project (rated up to 40 points) For the award of credits a student must pass the final test and properly task and semester project. In total you can get 100 points. To obtain credit is a need for an active participation in seminars (80%)

Subject syllabus:

The program of lectures: 1. Position the assembly in the manufacturing process 2. Technological design of components in terms of assembly 3. Securing the interchangeability of components 4. Technical preparation of assembly, assembling joints and their classification 5. Assembly of basic components 6. Control of the shape and mutual position of parts 7. Assembly workplace systems and lines 8. Orientation mechanisms in the assembly process 9. Manipulators and robots in the assembly process 10. Design of assembly systems 11. Performance and reliability of assembling systems 12. Influence of failure on assembly system 13. Ergonomics, a person in the assembly process and a load on the person in the assembly work 14. Modern assembly procedures and development directions in innovations of production and assembly Exercise program: 1. Product breakdown according to the individual stages of the production process 2. Examples of assembly procedures - type examples 3. Basics of statistical data processing and evaluation of statistical data in the assembly process 4. Analysis of dimensional circuits 5. Solution and application of assembly methods in practice - complete interchangeability of components 6. Solution and application of assembling methods in practice - selection, compensation, site adaptation 7. Problems of bearing assembly in practice, writing work No. 1 - Dimensioning of dimensional circuits and evaluation of statistical data 8. Practical examples of assembly and disassembly of bearings 9. Practical examples of bearing control 10. Practical demonstration of virtual reality in assembly 11. Semesteral work, test for knowledge verification 12. Semestral work 13. Preparation of semestral work 14. Final evaluation, granting credits
