Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The aim of the subject is to familiarize students with the design solution of machines and equipment for additive technologies. Students are introduced to several types of 3D printers and finishing equipment. These machines are then analyzed theoretically and practically. After completing the course, the student will be able to perform maintenance and repair of the given printer or device.

Summary

Understanding the functioning of machines and equipment for additive technologies is good preparation for practice. In this subject, the student learns theoretical, but also practical things regarding the construction and operation of 3D printers and their peripherals. Thanks to this, the student is ready to come into practice and thus be ahead of others.
