Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Aim of this subject is to learn self-reliant creative technical work in particular examples. Target of the subject is to intensify gained knowledge in this subject and to aim them for constructional attachments of particular parts in a constructional unit when designing.

Summary

The subject connects intimately on subjects: Mechanical engineering fundamental, Graphics systems and corresponds to subject Parts and mechanisms of machines. Students will apply their knowledge in particular examples with regard on functionality, manufacturing, assembly and disassembly. Students will apply dimensional analysis for correct tolerances verification.

1. Recapitulation of Knowledges of Mechanical engineering fundamental. Selected Geometrical Tolerances and It's Application. Dimensional Analysis. 2. Accuracy of Working Parts, Dependent Tolerances, Toleration of Hole Peaches. 3. Drawing and Dimensioning Rules of Selected Mechanical Parts and Elements. 4. Rules of Design for Casted, Formed and Welded Parts. 5. Basic Mechanisms of Machines 6. Conventions and Common Method of Design. Design with Regard to Technology. Bases of Systems Reliability.
