Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
Students will acquire methods that can obtain information about the operating load of machine parts especially from the point of view of information needed for strength and lifetime calculations of machine parts. The student will be able to realize a simple experiment to analyze local stresses of machine parts, as well as simple tuples of sensors of mechanical quantities, especially forces, torques, pressure. It will also gain an insight into the possibilities of internal stress analysis in the material. The student will be able to analyze the technical measurements in terms of accuracy and validity of the obtained results.
